Once again, my future was standing right in front of me…

and once again, I couldn’t afford to reach it.

Mama looked at me and said quietly:

“Don’t give up, son. Your blessing might take the long road, but it still know your address.”

I wanted to believe her.

Then, a few days later, someone called my name from outside the house…

holding a letter that would change everything.
