Bug: Missing images and no "recreate image" button on initial creation

User reports that images are missing during the initial creation of every video. Additionally, the "recreate image" button is missing from the scenes, so they cannot manually trigger a generation. No error codes are displayed. This happens consistently on every video. User is identified as gnbhotels@gmail.com.
